Associates and Teams Coordinator

Do you enjoy people and also have administrative skills? Would you be interested in developing a program for Associates and teams who come to Benin for periods of a couple of weeks up to two years? SIM Benin/Togo desires to intentionally recruit short-term Associates and teams who would work alongside our current SIM missionaries, our SIM-related churches, and partner missions.

We need you to work with the Personnel Coordinator to develop an active Associates program and provide the leadership and administration for the program, recruit and correspond with the Associates once they have been accepted, follow along with them through their arrival and orientation, mentoring/discipling them during their term of service, and then evaluating and following up with them as they end their service and return home.

Training, organizing logistics, networking, and exploring possibilities for Associates are all part of this challenging and rewarding ministry!
