Human Resources Volunteer

Are you interested in learning about Human Resources or Organizational Development, especially as they apply to missions? Here is a great opportunity for you!

Serving as a support to the Flying Mission services team, you would assist and provide support to the Human Resources department. This would consist of all aspects of application data/file management, including new volunteer packets and new personnel files. You would assist with the recruitment filing system, respond to all volunteer inquiries in a timely manner and create and maintain the job description book and online files. Other duties include compiling data for review processes and exit summary reports as needed.

The ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities is a must. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficient computer skills (word processing and spreadsheets) are musts.
