Children and Youth Ministry Development Facilitator

Do you love children andwant to tell them about Jesus? You have a great opportunity to be involved in the discipleship of children—the future of the church in Burkina Faso--as well as adult Christian leaders. With nearly half of the population of Burkina Faso under the age of 15, the human and spiritual needs of children and youth in the country are enormous.

These great needs present ministry opportunities that cannot be ignored. In this position, you get to evangelize children and youth, then disciple those who have accepted Christ. You will develop youth and children’s ministries in partnership with the local churches and equip leaders to take charge of these ministries. Such ministries may include children's Bible clubs, Sunday schools, youth fellowship groups, youth Bible studies, and other innovative forms of ministry appropriate to the setting.
