You would oversee and work alongside the Bingham Academy maintenance and gardening staff in repairs and maintenance of the grounds, buildings and systems on the compound; maintenance of the workshop tools and equipment; and maintenance of Bingham's fleet of vehicles in conjunction with the SIM garage.

Bingham Academy exists primarily to keep missionary families on the field and ministering effectively. Over half of our students are missionary kids, representing many mission agencies, and the balance of our students come from Addis Ababa's diverse international community, including some from non-Christian families. This creates a rich opportunity for outreach and discipleship among potential world leaders. Additionally, our home school support program currently assists over forty MKs living in remote areas of Ethiopia. Once you have worked here, you may never be content anywhere else.
