Has God given you a desire to work with youth, directing them in the ways of the Lord? Mentoring and discipling youth and children are priorities for SIM Ghana.
The Bible Church of Africa, SIM's partner church, is growing, and youth make up about 70% of the church. Most of them have a limited knowledge of the Word of God, but the future of the church depends on youth well grounded in the Word.
As a youth worker, you would serve as a catalyst, mentor, and facilitator for the youth, helping organize youth activities, discipling youth, leading Bible studies for youth within the church, training youth leaders, and reaching out to youth outside the church.
