BCA Jabez Academy Teacher

Do you have a love for children and have some experience teaching at a primary or elementary school level? How are you at training others to teach?

Our partner church in Ghana has started a primary/elementary school and has asked for help to develop it. Most of the teachers do not have any formal teacher training. We would love to have a trained teacher come to teach a class, and in doing so, be a model for other teachers. You would also provide some training to the other teachers, giving them ideas about teaching methods, discipline, classroom management, lesson planning, etc. This is not a formal training program but more of an on-the-job training and mentoring role.

This is quite an opportunity to influence people, young and older, with the gospel and to disciple them in their Christian growth.
