Community Development Coordinator

The Liberian Church, and the ECUL Church in particular, is at a critical stage of development. Liberia's GNI per capita in 2010 was 213th out of 215 countries. Many of the churches are unable to support the income of pastors in their churches, hindering the development of pastors and their churches.

In order for communities and churches to develop and be sustainable into the future, there is a need to develop income generating activities that will improve the livelihoods of local church communities. If you have ideas and skills--from researching opportunities to providing expertise in setting up small businesses--for helping communities develop income generating activities, then this is the role for you.

Linked with this role is the opportunity to disciple believers and encourage spiritual growth along with family incomes. You will also have the opportunity to teach and/or preach.
