Young people make up a large section of the population here in Mozambique. We would like to expand our work to introducing young people to Jesus and helping them grow spiritually. Although the churches have some local youth work, there is little going on in the wider community where there is a great need. You could help further the work of the church in the broader community.
Cuamba, the largest town in this area, has several primary and secondary schools serving the district. Openings for work in the schools could be available, as well as in the community. We have been approached about teaching in schools, providing moral education and vocational training. Can you picture how giving this work a Christian basis could lead to an effective evangelistic programme? What a great opportunity!
