University Student Evangelism and Discipleship

Join a ministry reaching students at the only public university in Niger. At the Student Evangelistic Center we demonstrate the love of Christ by serving the university community and providing a study area, an academic library, English courses, periodicals, a computer room, games, TV, and academic conferences. We witness our faith in Christ through conversations, a Christian library, a video room, Bible studies, tracts, visits, and conferences on spiritual topics. The center is staffed by missionaries and local church members.

Our goal is to reach out to the Nigerien university community which is 99% Muslim and which includes much of the future elite from all ethnic groups of Niger. University students are mostly men in their 20s and early 30s. We also disciple and train local lay workers in evangelism to help us in the work.
