In this capacity, you will enable leaders at the ECWA hospital in Egbe to revitalize the hospital and develop high standards of health care delivery. It is part of a holistic strategy to meet human needs, along with the evangelistic outreach of the hospital to meet spiritual needs.
As a mentor, you will support other SIM consultant doctors and their families at Egbe, especially the Nigerian Chief Medical Officer, assist in overseeing the Family Practice Residency Program, provide consultation, instruction, and evaluation to Nigerian Residents, giving guidance on improvement of health care delivery, provide physician care to several wards of inpatients and to outpatients, and collaborate with nursing staff and physicians in delivery of health care services.
