Have you ever thought how much joy you would have in recruiting new missionaries? As a Regional Representative, you would have that privilege. You would also provide essential assistance to those already on the field in carrying out their ministries! You become a part of every ministry in this capacity.
Missionaries need you to speak on their behalf while they are on the field, representing their work, contacting churches, helping them with Home Assignment responsibilities, etc.
You are vital to furthering the purpose of SIM Southern Africa which is to glorify God through every possible means; to be a mission that God uses to bless the world with the Good News of salvation and sanctification.
