The Short Term Service Coordinator will experience this through involvement with mission, church partners, and project ministry. There is opportunity to develop service opportunities within the four focus ministries of Church Capacity Building and Leadership Training, Children, Youth, and Young Adults, M* Outreach, and HIV/AIDS. Discipling Associates on the field and directing administration are also ministry opportunities.
