Project Positive Ray was started by the ECSA, a denomination begun by AEF and is in need of a manager. The project is located in the province with the highest incidence of HIV/AIDS in South Africa. It has had to reduce its ministries because of severe withdrawal of funding from donors. It has a well established ministry to HIV and AIDS-infected and -affected people of all ages. This program has grown because by being replicated by other ECSA churches in the country.
