As the field administrator, you will be instrumental in expanding SIM's work in Tanzania, as well as being responsible for all current work connected with SIM's corporate presence in Tanzania. This includes being responsible for government and ministry partner relations, for meeting the legal requirements placed on SIM as a result of our legal status in Tanzania, attending regional leadership meetings, and reporting through the Assistant Regional Director.
You will also have a gospel ministry. There are many opportunities to be involved in local churches, discipleship, evangelism and children's work.
Being initially based in Lindi or Mtwara will be instrumental in reaching coastal people with the gospel. Longer term SIM's vision for their work in Tanzania will be expanded, and you will be a key person in the expansion of the field's vision.
