HIV and AIDS are ravaging Zambia and SIM needs to respond in an appropriate way. Ministering to human need is one of the priorities of SIM Zambia. There are many organizations (both Christian and secular) doing a variety of work in this field. SIM needs to respond strategically and effectively so that duplication of effort and resources is avoided. As the HIV and AIDS Ministry Coordinator, you will identify and develop strategic areas for SIM Zambia to address, manage an existing HIV and AIDS prevention programme, and mentor and develop leadership of both missionary and local personnel.
