Children's Ministry Development Coordinator

Are you passionate about ministry to children? We need you to use your communication skills, ability to mentor others, and experience in children's ministry to network about children's ministry with church workers and those involved in organisations doing children's work. You would eventually develop a strategy for how SIM can mobilize and equip the church to develop children's work in Zambia.

Half of Zambia’s population is age 14 or under, with a median age for the whole population of 17 years. Children in Zambia are eager to learn, very receptive to interaction with adults, and more open to the message of the Gospel than adults. This is a strategic position for SIM since there is a lack of resources and interest in developing ministry specifically to children in the church. SIM has an opportunity to mobilize the church to get involved in relevant and meaningful ministry to children. Will you help?
