Youth Ministry Development Coordinator

Are you passionate about ministry to youth? We need you to use your communication skills, ability to mentor others, and experience in youth ministry to network about youth ministry with church workers and those involved in organisations doing youth work. You would eventually develop a strategy for how SIM can mobilize and equip the church to develop youth work in Zambia.

Half of Zambia’s population is age 14 or under, with a median age for the whole population of 17 years. The youth of Zambia are eager to learn, very receptive to interaction with adults, and more open to the message of the Gospel than adults. This is a strategic position for SIM since there is a lack of resources and interest in developing ministry specifically to youth in the church. SIM has an opportunity to mobilize the church to get involved in relevant and meaningful ministry to youth. Will you help?
