Although SIM has a long history of ministry in Zimbabwe, the work has been effectively pruned during recent times and presently lacks the necessary capacity required to address ministry opportunities. SIM believes it must strategically position itself not only for the present but also the future. A team leader is, therefore, needed to bring wise influence to the SIM Zimbabwe context. This position requires flexibility in a demanding environment, as well as firm, but patient, initiative. Initially, the team leader may operate from the northern part of South Africa, eventually relocating to Zimbabwe.
