Do you have some administrative skills you would like to put into practice? Have you had TESL training and now have no place to use it? We could put it to good use here in Bangladesh in our Community Resources Development Project.
The Kushtia Development Program (KDP) will provide assistance, training, and resource development in a variety of areas. There is a significant demand in Bangladesh for people to learn English. The Spoken English Instruction Program is designed to increase their proficiency in spoken English. We need you to be our Spoken English Component Administrator planning and overseeing this new program. We expect that this program will remain relatively small and administratively manageable to allow time and focus for other ministry activities.
You will also need to be able to deal with a variety of personnel and administrative issues. We do not expect that you will already have experience in all of these areas, but the overall position will require a willingness to try in some of these areas.
