Coordinator Rural Development Project

This is an opportunity of a lifetime! The people in a remote province are religiously conservative, and it has been difficult to reach them. However, we have a new opportunity to partner with another agency to develop outreach combined with ministry to human need. Sound coordination of this development project will ensure that its strategy remains focused on the company vision.

You would provide overall local leadership of this project under the guidance of the steering committee, supervise all personnel, delegate responsibilities, implement a plan, report regularly to the steering committee, liaise with government officials, be financially responsible for this project, report to donors, and be alert to new possibilities.
