Bible School Teachers/Theologians

One of the key needs in the Mongolian Christian church today is more trained leaders. The Union Bible Training Centre (UBTC) is helping to meet that need by training Mongolians for ministry to their own people and beyond their borders.

This strategic school produces leaders who will strengthen the church and enlarge the outreach of Mongolian believers. Being a part of the staff of UBTC as a Bible teacher or theologian and teaching the future leaders of the Mongolian church is like having a direct influence in shaping Mongolia's Christian church. The students are keen to learn and enthusiastic about taking their new skills and training back into their communities to help build a strong and mature Mongolian church.

Along with in-class duties, you will be able to get involved in student life by mentoring and discipling students. Each spring, all teachers help plan, organize, and accompany students on an outreach trip to rural areas.
