Church Leadership Development Coordinator

Have you thought of using your gifts to train church leaders? Think of the impact you could have on the church? There is a big need in Chile for the ongoing development/training of church leaders, particularly in rural areas, more remote cities, and within Pentecostal denominations (making up 80% of Chile's evangelical population). You would develop/train church leadership through workshops and appropriate programs of booksets and study materials coordinated through local pastoral fraternities.
