Has God given you a desire to nurture and strengthen young needy churches? You can do that with vital ministries and with person-to-person relationship building here in the growing evangelical church of Chile.
Some churches do not have a trained pastor and would welcome help and support in developing leadership and ministries within the church. The need is for people who have the skills and experience to do any of the following: lead Bible studies, cell groups, devotionals, women's ministry, men's ministry, youth ministry, children's ministry, disciple, mentor, and generally get alongside new Christians.
Furthermore, it is critical that nationals in these Chilean churches be trained and mentored into leadership of these fundamental ministries. This is an exciting and unlimited opportunity to create and influence effective people-focused ministries.
