El Sendero is a restaurant-café, similar to a coffee shop. They need someone to serve as a kitchen worker for 15 hours each week. While working in the restaurant, you would have the opportunity to learn and practice Spanish, build relationships with staff and volunteers, and help El Sendero function to the best of its ability.
Perhaps your most important job is setting an example for biblical working morals and ethics. You need to be prepared to work with the joy and strength of a Christian worker. You must also be prepared to deal with conflict in a Scriptural manner, to pray with the employees, and to share the gospel with others.
