How would you like to work alongside short-term Associates, mentoring them and helping them learn "mission"? What a great opportunity this would be!
SIM Paraguay desires to intentionally recruit short-term Associates and teams who would work alongside our current SIM missionaries, our SIM-related churches, and partner missions in Paraguay, getting to know and assist in their ministries for periods of a couple of weeks up to two years.
The Short-Term Associate Coordinator would be a developing position, one that you could creatively expand as Associates are introduced and mentored through a wide possibility of ministry and cross-cultural opportunities.
