Has God burdened you and gifted you to train future Christian leaders? With a large number of churches in the south of Peru and in the district of Arequipa, training is vital to help them grow and mature. You would begin in a local Bible school in Arequipa three months a year. The teaching language is Spanish. During the rest of the year you will be involved in TEE (Theological Education by Extension). This involves traveling and teaching in the highlands of Peru.
This ministry could feasibly grow into teaching in different areas of theological education in the south of Peru; for example, starting TEE in other locations or helping in local Bible schools. In this capacity, you would be part of an international team in Arequipa.
