Have you ever wished you could reach thousands of people at a time with the Good News of Jesus? Now you can by radio! The potential for the future of Uruguay's church is enormous by reaching into places where others cannot go.
If you are a technical advisor, you are needed for a low power local radio. You would work with up to fifty community radio stations advising local pastors and church volunteers on how to create programming and run their small radio stations. If you are really technically proficient, you can build and repair transmitters and antennas and potentially be chief operator/programmer of the SIM station.
Historically, Uruguay is one of the most difficult fields for missionaries. The traditional church desperately needs well-established, strong, and healthy ministries. Radio ministry can have a long-lasting spiritual impact on the church!
