Helen serves as the Personnel Director in the International Leadership Team and the International Operations Teams of SIM.
Her ministry focuses on the good people management practices that allow all SIM workers to flourish in their lives and ministry. This includes all SIM’s international level policies, principles and practices. Helen works with personnel coordinators and leaders around the SIM world to train them and provide advice in all personnel/HR matters.
Sent and supported by Renfrew Baptist Church and Cedars Church, Stowmarket, Helen and her husband David were long-term mission workers in Peru before she took her current role.
