Mosaic

Mosaic is a unique mission opportunity for graduates from the UK to join those from three other countries (Canada, South Korea & the USA) and be involved in gospel work in another culture, as part of a multicultural team of four. The aims are simple and far-reaching:

• for each Mosaic team member to grow in their walk with the Lord and learn more about the realities of cross-cultural and multicultural mission
• for churches, unreached or vulnerable groups overseas, to receive well-equipped teams who will contribute their gifts and skills to meeting genuine gospel-focused needs
• for each team to witness to others the power of the gospel in uniting people from diverse backgrounds
• to create intentionally multicultural teams who demonstrate strength through diversity as they work together and learn from each other

Mosaic is made up of:

Training: four weeks

Cross-cultural assignment: six months

Debriefing: four days

Is Mosaic for you?

Yes, if you:

• are a committed Christian
• have a desire to reach people with the good news of Jesus Christ
• are excited to get to know and work with people of other cultures
• have the support of your church

And ideally you will also:

• be aged 21–26
• have graduated from university in the last couple of years
• have some cross-cultural experience, e.g. working or living amongst internationals in the UK, or living overseas short-term (whether doing mission or other work or study)
• be exploring how the Lord may want to use you in mission in the future

If you decide to apply for Mosaic then we will guide you through every step of the selection process and all the preparations you will need to make if you join the team, e.g. medical clearance and vaccinations; raising prayer support and financial support.
