Room to Grow - 140 bricks

Room to Grow is a building project to help see God’s kingdom grow in South Asia. Plans include building a new base for the Youth Vocational Training Project, pictured, and dormitories for the Rural Education village boys — two SIM projects helping poor and illiterate boys and young men on the fringes of society. A gift of £5 will cover the cost of 140 bricks.

#HowWillTheyHear - A Bible

Ten Christian mission organisations, spearheaded by Serving In Mission, are working together through the #HowWillTheyHear campaign for refugee and migrant ministry in Europe. The purpose is to mobilise prayer and people to share the gospel, and to provide Bibles in diaspora languages to projects and churches. A gift of £5 will ensure a refugee will receive a Bible in their own language.

Refugee Ministry Fund - Toiletries for a refugee family

The Refugee Ministry Fund provides practical help to refugees and internally displaced people throughout the Middle East, predominantly in Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon. As the refugee population has become more settled, the needs are changing and so less money is spent on relief and more on education for children, community development and relational support. Our partners in the Middle East maintain a strong gospel focus, seeking every opportunity to share the good news of Jesus and build disciple-making friendships.

Church Planting - First visit to a village to share the gospel

Since this project was established God has opened the door to allow a number of house churches to be established in remote Hindu communities. Through the project, monthly training is provided for house-church leaders where ministry and discipleship is modelled. As the church strengthens and discipleship deepens, the project leaders long to see these house churches carrying the Lord’s gospel of love and grace to neighbouring communities and beyond.

A gift of £7 will pay for a visit to a village to share the good news of Jesus for the first time.

Sports Friends - Bible

God has given us the powerful tool of sport to share His love with a lost and dying world. Sports Friends train and equip coaches to develop sustainable ministries for outreach to young people. £5 will provide a Bible so that coaches and players can be discipled to grow in their knowledge and love of Christ.

Educate for Life - Month's fee

Allied Model School offers a high standard of education up to age 16, to children of mixed faith backgrounds, especially those from poorer families. In addition to formal study, children learn valuable life skills in a Christian environment. The goal is that they grow up wanting to please God, becoming upright and useful members of society. A gift of £4 would provide one month's school fees for a reception student.
