Bev is the Personnel Coordinator for the SIM Ghana Team, based in Accra. Her role involves assisting the team of mission workers based in several centres across the country. She is sent by New Life Bible Church in Wealdstone.
“My role is diverse and wide but mainly I try to ensure that each worker’s ministry is a good fit and that they are flourishing holistically. Most of our missionaries serve in the north in the rural areas and the most enjoyable part of my role is spending time with them in their ministry contexts.”
